Document Page Size

Documents compiled into a PDF are created in the A3 page size. Being based in the US, this causes issues when printing the documents. Adding a system setting that would allow localization of the page size would help.

Merge Fields - include Generic Lists - also into provisioning email

Please include the ability to have Generic Lists supported in merge fields into emails and provisioning emails. Generic lists allow us a lot of flexibility but we are hamstrung in not being able to make use of them in emails
