The system should tie the user who moved the application to the position. When someone looks at a record and they see their name as HR that they moved the application this causes confusion.

What is the business process you are trying to achieve?
When someone other the HR moves an applicant to a position the field that is populated in the History page of who moved the application is tied to the IProviderID field. In our case it happens to be someone in the HR department. |
