It would be great if I could bulk remove them from PALMS. Ideally, by importing a csv file with the list of activities to remove. Alternatively, by enhancing the search function in the learning library so that I could select all results of interest and bulk remove them at once.
This will make the learning library search function more accurate for our employees, as well as benefiting our team in terms of performing a taxing activity in a short time.

What business value are you trying to achieve?
Currently I am performing a data cleansing exercise in PALMS. This includes removing any learning activity from the library that has been either inactive for 12 months or that it was a face to face one-off activity. I found 129 instances of this in our system but the only way to remove them is to manually remove them one by one, which is incredibly time consuming. This is also a massive pain point for our employees because they are shown too many irrelevant results in their searches. |
