Consider incorporating a "heads up" to the referees
we experience a lot of spam filter issues
manual workaround - we extract referee email addresses and send them an email let them know the reference request is coming soon. If they have not received it to reply and we will resend
You allow Reminder days to indicate number of days AFTER a reminder us sent
Please consider providing an alternative to send reminder X days before reference expiry - this would be far more useful
