    Allow learning certificates to be fullly customisable

    The learning certificate has default styling (grey background and black border) that cannot be deleted. It would be great if this could be a custom certificate without the system's default styling.

    Manage jobs- Search - Currently sourced - identify jobs that have not yet opened

    Current Manage jobs search option "Currently sourced" provides Yes/No. it does not distinguish No from jobs where the sourcing channel has not yet opened. Add a third option - "Waiting open" or words to that affect.

    Search Committee Permissions

    We discovered that Search Committee chairs have access to see applicants in all statutes, even hidden ones. We need to have the ability to edit the permissions on search committee members as well as search committee chairs.
