Item change notification

If the manager or employee has approved it, the employee or manager can amend items in the plan and then approve them without notification to either user. Although there is tracking in report the manager/employee would not know of the change unless they reviewed the report.

What is the business process you are trying to achieve?

When an item is changed or updated and the manager/employee has already approved a notification can be sent to the manager to review the change.
