Make permissions effective in all areas of the recruitment system. ensure that the security boundaries defined in permissions have no loop holes that allow for functioning outside the parameters that have be set by the Administrators for a reason.
This will create a better user and candidate experience that is better in consistency and efficiency.

What is the business process you are trying to achieve?
We wish to make applicant search available to teams while maintaining the boundaries we defined in user permissions. Currently, recruiters are not permissioned to see "Incomplete" status applications. If they use Applicant Search, they are able to bypass this permission and update an applicant's status. |
