Have user permissions effective in Applicant Search

Make permissions effective in all areas of the recruitment system. ensure that the security boundaries defined in permissions have no loop holes that allow for functioning outside the parameters that have be set by the Administrators for a reason.

This will create a better user and candidate experience that is better in consistency and efficiency.

What business value are you trying to achieve?

We wish to make applicant search available to teams while maintaining the boundaries we defined in user permissions. Currently, recruiters are not permissioned to see "Incomplete" status applications. If they use Applicant Search, they are able to bypass this permission and update an applicant's status.

Users that don't have access to a particular search can use the applicant search function to back door their way into the activities in a search that they shouldn't have access to. This has resulted in individuals being tempted to view details about internal candidates or to view the offer cards for candidates who are not in their area. You can fix the recruiter problem detailed above with 'permissions', but that doesn't solve the larger issue.
