Make super user access independent from team visibility

If someone has Super User access, job search should not be limited on team visibility since these type of users should be able to access all system data for troubleshooting, configuration, testing, etc.

What business value are you trying to achieve?

Make super user access independent from team visibility

The California State University system currently has 23 campuses plus the Chancellor's Office, with over 9000 departments combined. Currently, super user access for looking up jobs is dependent on team visibility and with such large number of departments, we have to constantly add/remove campus departments to prevent system time-out errors. This is not efficient, nor effective, when trying to troubleshoot or test for 24 different entities and when other areas of the system are not linked to team visibility for displaying all system data to a user with Super User access (i.e. reporting). When and if data needs to be limited, a user is placed in a different permission group.

    After careful consideration, there are no current work priorities aligned with this. The majority of SuperUsers aren't involved in all jobs, which is why we made this feature configurable rather than giving default access to all jobs. This approach allows customers the flexibility to assign SuperUser access based on specific teams.

    Please know that your idea is not dismissed; it remains a part of our ideas database and may be reconsidered as our priorities evolve in the future.
