Expand permissions for updating search committee members on approved job cards

We would like the option to be able to have other users who are not designated "super users" be able to edit the search committee fields after a requisition has already been approved. Currently, if there are changes with the original assigned committee members or if the committee wasn't established at the time of posting, super users have to go back and manually make updates. We would like to extend these permissions so other groups as assigned could also make updates to add or remove search committee members on the job card.

What business value are you trying to achieve?

We are working on streamlining and making the recruitment process as efficient as possible. We would like our enhanced HR Coordinator group to be able to add/change committee members so that we can avoid the need for so much back and forth with application material PDFs. We would like committee members to be able to log into their dashboard and look at materials. In order to do this, however, they must be listed as a search committee member on the associated requisition/job card.
