Update permissions to allow control over what a User can do with an Applicant and what they can do with an Application.

What business value are you trying to achieve?
Prevent Users loading documents, communicating and adding notes to Applicants that they then cannot see. With changes to how PageUp presents Application actions (used to be Actions) and is now three dots it is not obvious where do do things - Actions at top of the screen (Applicant actions) is the most obvious callout to Users |
