Ability to block access of a recruiter by a specific job without removing access for them to do their job. When a recruiter is a family member or close friend of an applicant, they should not have access to that job. However, changing permissions blocks them from all jobs. There needs to be a way to block them from just one job, as necessary.

Ideally - a hidden job setting that prevents all from seeing it unless directly involved - exceptions via permission setting "allow access to hidden jobs"

basically set up a team, move Users over to that team - except for the recruiter with a conflict
