More than 1 HR Contact Needed

It would be very useful if more than 1 HR contact could access a job req. If I am out or just need back-up help, no one else on my team can access a req unless our recruiter goes into the req and changes the name. Then it has to be changed back. Doesn't make sense.

What business value are you trying to achieve?

Able to have more than 1 contact access a requisition.
