Current Situation:
One of our recruitment teams has recently started using agencies, leading to an increase in duplicate applications from candidates already in our system. While we do not accept agency applications for candidates who have applied directly, agencies are still able to submit these candidates. As a result, these duplicates are being missed, leading to unnecessary costs.
Proposed Solution:
We need a way to either:
Block agencies from submitting candidates who already exist in the system, or
Create a mandatory action point for recruiters to review, prior to any other recruitment activity has taken place.
