Allow multiple (unlimited) on the job card as hiring manager/chair

I still struggle with this issue, so here goes: Our process requires all hiring managers, search committee members, and chair to have the same access in the system. This is not possible with the system. I can only put one person as the chair, only one person as the hiring manager and the rest as committee members/additional viewers. I do it this way to give the most access I can to everyone, but it still does not suffice. Our hiring mangers typically have their administrative assistants send out the "no thank you" letters, and if someone is marked as hired (offer accepted), unless the admin is listed as the chair or hiring manger, they would not have access to the position any longer. I also want them to all have the same view, not possible with this system. If you are not the hiring manger, the New Job box on the dashboard will always say 0 jobs. They have to go to the applicant progress board and then get confused because they can't find their job and are looking at other positions they have access to (they never remember the drop down to change jobs). It's difficulty because some of our searches only happen when a position is vacant. So if someone stays for 10 years then quits and their job is posted, some hiring mangers and/or search committee members may only touch the system once in 10 years time. I have created a manual for them, but as the saying goes "you can lead a horse to water, but you can't make them drink", I've led them to the manual but can't make them read it. It would be nice if we could have more than one hiring manager and search committee chair. I would like to put all that need access to a particular position in this field so they all have the same access. This would solve my problem in a heartbeat!
