Allow some users (non-recruiters) to have read-only view to the recruiter and job status on the job card.
Also allow the Hiring Manager Jobs list view to include the recruiter as a column.

What is the business process you are trying to achieve?
Allow the Hiring Manager users to see the recruiter on each job so they know who to contact in the TA team regarding their vacancies without having access to change the recruiter or job status. |
