A field that uniquely links a user to a Team can be added to the user table and this is what creates JC or PD visibility for users. This way when a user changes teams and their name is still listed as Recruiter, they will not be able to view the job.

What business value are you trying to achieve?
Prevent users from seeing jobs at their former Team (agency). Since the Team ID is what opens up visibility, when a user moves for Team A to B, their Team B id is automatically added to the jobs where they are still listed in the user fields. This not only allows for them to view Team A jobs, but also allows for other Team B users to see the jobs as well. The Team ID is the window. If their is an additional visibility field, say, UserTeamLinkID, that is unique to the user and team combination, this could solve for issue. |
