User Team Access-Have the option to either select by team or select which employees the user has access to.

What business value are you trying to achieve?
We only have the option to select user access by team or department. This is an issue when you have multiple supervisors in the same department. We have 4 supervisors in a department and each supervisor can see all position descriptions (example), for the entire department. We have to let them know they only should be making changes and/or viewing employees under them. To solve this issue, it would be helpful to have an option to either select by team or choose which employees go under the supervisors. |
