Reference Check Invitation - Communication Templates

Have a drop down box on the Send Invitation screen (snippet attached) where we can select different communication templates.

Alternatively, have a particular template associated with each form that is created so when we select the form we want to send, it automatically changes the email body template to what has been configured for that form.

What business value are you trying to achieve?

We send reference checks both internally and externally and the wording of the email we want to send is different, however there only seems to be one standard template for any and all reference check forms.
