Allow Originators/Hiring Managers to view (but not edit) applicants in Offer Statuses/Offer Cards.

Allow certain permission groups to view, but not edit, applicant profiles and offer cards in the offer/onboarding/new hire completed stages. It would benefit the hiring department by giving them this access to the applicant information and offer card details and it would benefit us so we don't have to go searching for this information on their behalf.

What business value are you trying to achieve?

We would like it if different permission groups could VIEW but not EDIT applicants/applicant profiles and offer cards once they are moved into an offer status. We currently have it set up so that when an offer is submitted and the applicant status is changed to one of the "offer/onboarding" statuses, the hiring manager and Originator no longer have access to see the applicant profile or see the offer card, for the fear they may make changes to offer cards when they are pending approvals. Often the department needs access to the applicants bio information and/or resume to finish the onboarding process, double check start dates or salary offered, etc. so when they can no longer see the applicant's profile they reach out asking to gain access to that information. It would be helpful to allow them this access to see what they are trying to see, but no longer make any edits to the offers/onboarding in progress. So in other words, as soon as the offer is submitted for approvals, it gets locked down so the hiring manager/reviewers can view it, but can no longer make edits to it.
