Hi - this wasn't my idea but it would be helpful for our recruitment too.
We have some expressions of interest campaigns where the recruiters collaborate with the hiring managers sharing applications that come through to share quality of apps received before an actual job is approved for the role. It would be very helpful if it was an option to add a hiring manager onto the Campaign job card as our hiring managers use the applicant progress board and collaborative hiring comments.
