On the job card where you view applications, it would be a great idea to add a notes icon so when the hiring manager are going through applications, they are able to hover there mouse over and see previous notes other hiring managers have left.
E.g Great candidate more suitable for counter not sales.
I believe this will help hiring managers make quicker decisions and make the recruitment process more efficient, instead on clicking on each applicant then having to go to history.
