Currently, as we're a global business, our job card has sections from all over the world. But we all use different language for things so it's confusing and means we're unable to have our hiring managers using the system as they should.
It would be good to have the ability to set questions for each job card based on the recruitment process we select, rather than having only one job card option for all countries.
