We have a lot of repeat applicants. Comments can only currently be added to applications. You also need to drill down into the comments to view them. Similar with talent pools. Based on our privacy permissions, hiring managers do not have access to historical applications they were not the hiring manager for. A comment field on the applicant card would enable all people participating in the recruitment campaign to see historical comments of relevance, particularly when using the panel review functionality. Flags are quite limited in this regard.

What business value are you trying to achieve?
Streamline the shortlisting for both recruiters, hiring managers and panel members. Enable comments of relevance to be front and center without having to go looking for them. Save time on the recruiter having to scan previous applications for comments. |
It would be good to be able to find Applicant Notes in History - currently in History you can only filter to a job.
Adding a filter to look at Applicant activity not associated with a Job would go a long way to help finding these Applicant Notes.

When Viewing / Editing Applicant flags you cannot apply a flag - you need to follow up by looking in History and editing your flag note
When using Applicant Actions Add Note you can apply a flag.
