We've really been trying to find a solution to this as we want hiring managers to have initial access to complete the offer card, but can't have them quietly updating the salary w/o the opp for our team to review. We'd be fine with read only after submission, relaunch permissions, or report capability of capturing offer card revision history.
Agree this will be helpful as we do have hiring managers changing the details on the offer card once it has been approved or the applicant accepts the offer
Would be good to control this via permissions
Once the Offer Card goes through the approval process, users should not be able to go back and make edits. This defeats the purpose of an approval process. We would like to have one of the options below available. This is even more important now that the new Pay Transparency Act is in play in NYC.
Have the Offer Card in a read only status for certain access levels once it has gone through the approval process.
If the Offer Card is changed after approval, require that it go through the approval process again.
If the Offer Card is changed after approval, have a notification sent to the designated approvers.

Managers can always access the applicant card and select the Offer to see the offer details
