The option to add a data fresh in the schedule

It would be great to have the option to build in a data refresh of the report prior to the report schedule sending the report out. This way it ensures the most up to date data is sent.

Removing allocated forms

The ability to retire or archive a form sent to a user. Benefits are that it creates a better user or applicant experience (particularly with cases like above) and helps keep our platform clean.

Remove the mark complete or approval workflow dependency on the Viewer Collaborator access. We need hiring managers to view what is in the recruitment brief regardless of the form status in Draft vs Complete.

Automated permissions

Currently you can only assign 1 permission group via automated user management. The only way to apply more if to create a new file for upload per group. Have the option to have various permissions applied via one file.
