Applicant Profile Page - Employment Status question

My idea is that every time a person applies for a role they should be prompted to update this question.

It could be that a pop up box asks them if this is still correct.

I am sure other companies would see this as useful.

The reason I am so passionate about this is that this question feeds the Internal and External part of Reporting.

Due to this reporting on Internal and External at the moment will never be fully correct.

What is the business process you are trying to achieve?

When applicants first apply they will select Never employed or previous (If not currently working at Newcrest)

They get the job.

We don't have a user integration with PageUp and SAP so they don't get updated to be Current Employees.

They apply again in a year or so.

The Employment question is already answered so they are not prompted to update it.
