Current parsing technology has proven ineffective in supporting further development of candidate anonymisation. Therefore, we will need to wait until the technology, possibly AI, becomes more reliable to further build on the redaction feature.
Given this, the idea is not aligned at present, but we will revisit it in the future.
The Applicant Progress Board unfortunately allows the hiring manager to toggle the anonymization on and off so they can still see the applicant names. This defeats the purpose. We would like the ability to lock in place the anonymous profiles while HM are reviewing applications. Allow HM to see names once they select a candidate for an interview.
Thanks for the feedback while trying out this feature. We are considering further developing it out in future iterations.
