Hiding candidates in non-current statuses

We would love to see function, where we can hide candidates that are sitting in non-current statuses. we can get hundreds of applications which makes it hard to track candidates we're proceeding with. Sometimes our Hiring Managers forget about suitable candidates because they get lost in the bulk of candidates in "unsuccessful" or "non-current" statuses. adding this function will help us concentrate on current candidates and also will make the dashboard look much leaner. promoting efficient recruitment processes

What business value are you trying to achieve?

Making recruitment more efficient by hiding candidates in non-current statuses to make the job dashboard show only necessary information, such as suitable candidates in current statuses

Hi John, thank you for your response. this feedback was given a while back and I know that since you have actually introduced this function on hiring manager dashboard, which is great! however the recruiter dashboard doesn't have this function, so we're seeing all of the applications, including candidates in non-current statuses (e.g. screen unsuccessful, interview unsuccessful, etc.) you can review job#495430 by controlling my account to see what I mean. thanks

if in Manage Applications view, the user can choose to see only current statuses via Search tab, then save that search as "Active", the user will always have the option to only see Active status applicants in the list in each job.

For Card view, using the Quick filters "Statuses with Applications" & "Current Application Statuses" will you give you the same active list.

For List view, there is not yet a "Current applications" filter available.
