Applications Difficult for Candidates to Modify Employer History

We would like to see a button added to application for each employer field to allow the candidate to remove from their application.

What business value are you trying to achieve?

We have applicants that have called recruiters to help them walk through how to update their application. It is not evident to everyone that you have to use the clear button or remove the data in the employer fields to reduce the number of employers on an application.

    Additional consideration for the application navigation is provide a Back button on the bottom of the application instead of solely relying on the breadcrumb navigation at the top.

    I would also like for the Add More to be present at the top e.g. an add latest

    currently it is painful to update employment history - you need to add more at the bottom and transfer ALL data down a block - very manual and reduces the likelihood that someone will actually maintain their data - let alone update to reflect the new role they have just secured. ideally - recent offer/acceptance info should be able to be brought into employment profile with the press of a button. e.g. Add your recent appointment to "name of client".
