Replicate the "the Add More" and guidance text "To add more employment, click the button below:" at the top of the Employment page
When you Add more at the top - move everything down one and make the previous current employer as previous employer. also populate the end employment date
This will save the pain of moving everything down manually 1 job at a time

Make it easier for an applicant to manage their employment history - especially when adding a New employer. |

I think this has been dealt with in recent Quality of Life updates to the platform to make use of dates entered to rearrange entries.
