Allow the Update Profile link on the candidates portal to be removed or turned off. We are having people fill that out and it is not our application, it doesn't roll into the application and it is confusing our candidates. They fill that out and then realize that they didn't complete the application and wasted their time, then they don't finish their application because it took them so long to fill out that profile info.
