Allow the Applicant to see withdrawn applications in their Applicant Portal

Currently the withdrawn status is hardcoded to remove the application from the Applicant Portal. Ideally the application should still be visible for the candidate.

What is the business process you are trying to achieve?

When the candidate either withdraws themselves or the recruiter withdraws them. Then the application should remain visible for the candidate on the Applicants Portal.

    To fully assess this, could you please provide us with a recent example or screenshot of the scenario? If you are providing a screenshot with live applicant information, please ensure it is masked before attaching. Alternatively, you can discuss this with your Customer Success Management team.

    Ideally the applications should be broken into three areas instead of one big list

    ideally with a Search function

    Incomplete (at the top)

    Active - next

    Inactive - possibly collapsed
