Notifications to search committee members upon application withdrawal

Allow the withdrawal action to alert the recruiter, the search committee and the other relevant people on the job card. There appears to be a way to send notices upon this application status, but it doesn't actually work.

What business value are you trying to achieve?

Clear communication when a candidate withdraws their application from consideration

    Use case: committee arrives for interview only to learn that the applicant withdrew earlier in the week. Recruiter was on vacation so no one was notified.


    Providing the option to notify other stakeholders would enhance process flexibility.
