John - in regards application flags - if you reset an applicant and use application form rules Re-run ineligibility and status rules when answers are updated is set then Application flags should be amended accordingly

Application flags are intended to be related to a specific application rather than the applicant as a whole, such as indicating whether a reference check has been performed. Therefore, this idea is currently not aligned with this intended purpose, and there are currently no plans to change it in the near future.
