The process should continue to work if the applicant remains in 'Incomplete' status regardless of prior status 'moves'.

What is the business process you are trying to achieve?
The incomplete application management process has a requirement that in order to kick off the process (by sending the initial email) the applicant's status cannot have been 'moved' (ticket 44755). This means that applicants with incomplete submissions, who withdraw (move) their application and restart that application but do not finish, fall through the cracks and never receive the initial email that kicks off the incomplete application management process. |
John - could you look at setting up deletion rules if an applicant never actually gets a reminder

Thank you for your submission.
This idea is highly niched, and existing safeguards prevent applicants from withdrawing if their application is incomplete. As a result, we have categorised this as not aligned with our current priorities.
However, we will reconsider if we receive similar feedback from other customers.

and Incomplete application deletion should also happen when no reminder messages have been sent. i.e. applicant started within 48 hrs of job close
