Currently Incompletes are deleted automatically based on business rules one the recruitment process triggering reminders
there are applicants who never get a reminder e.g. start within 2 days of the job sourcing closing
recommend having an extra rule that says delete an incomplete application X days after sourcing closes if no reminder has been sent

removal of incomplete applications by the platform automatically consistent business practice |
functionality needs to be updated to allow Incomplete applications who never get the reminder to actually be deleted.
lots of applications are started within the Recruitment process reminder setting "Duration before the job closes"
