Technically we should not be counting incomplete and not submitted applications towards the total # of applications submitted because why? simple, they have not been completed and not submitted.

What is the business process you are trying to achieve?
As of right now PageUp seems to count all applications - even the incomplete ones towards the total # of applications for a requisition, i.e those that are not complete and have not been submitted. This is inaccurate way of gathering data. |
You need the level of interest otherwise your Managers are not aware how many are busy working away on their applications
