In relation to re-hires, onboarding tasks are not added when the associated learning activity has previously been completed

When an onboarding tasks is a learning activity, onboarding should check whether the learning activity has previously been completed. If the learning activity has been completed and has not expired, it should not be added to onboarding as a task.

What business value are you trying to achieve?

Currently staff that are re-hired may have only recently completed their mandatory learning activities through a previous appointment but the tasks still show up on their onboarding. We want to reduce the amount of time wasted for re-hires re-doing training that is already current and frustration for these staff.
