This would be useful to have the candidate's that have not been offered a position within the 6 month time frame, removed from the reports permanently. Rather than have to go in and individually remove each name one by one.

What is the business process you are trying to achieve?
We would like to have an option of an automatic status change in page up for candidates under the status “Placed on merit list” who have been on the list for 6months.
