Include option to remove Save button when changing candidate status

Have a configurable option on the recruitment process step that allows the "save" button to appear (or not) and force the user to click "next" when changing a candidate status so the required fields such as reason code can be enforced- otherwise required fields can be bypassed when clicking Save.

What is the business process you are trying to achieve?

Currently, users have the option of "Save" or "Next" when moving a candidate into another status. If the user (Recruiter, etc.) clicks "Save" on the initial status change form, they can bypass any emails being sent out or required fields when moving the candidate. For example. we have a status of "Not Qualified" and require a reason to be entered. This can by bypassed when the user click "Save" as the screen with the required field doesn't appear. This causes missing data in reports as the reason is missing on these records.
