It would allow us to use more features of the PageUp system like the Talent search and also Campaigns. I would like to have 2 configurable questions in the candidate profile to ask candidates to opt in and out of the talent pool and also opt in and out of communications. I would also like to see the answers to these questions as filters in the Talent search so we can only select those candidates who opt-in and exclude those who opt out. The work around of adding a question to the application vs profile doesn't meet our needs as the candidate needs to opt in or out without completing the application form (only the profile).

What business value are you trying to achieve?
We would like 2 opt-in/opt-out questions added to the candidate profile so we can ask candidates 1) May we contact you for jobs that meet your skills? (configurable text) and 2) May we contact you for our organization communications, i.e. job fairs, events (configurable text). Our State in the U.S. requires us to allow candidates to opt-in and out of communications so until we have this, we cannot use the Talent search function and invite candidates to apply for jobs unless they opt in. We can only contact them for the specific jobs they apply for. This would assist us with candidate engagement. |
