APB – Table Settings, Standard Filter, More Actions & Anonymize Profiles Should be hidden for permission groups that don't have access

In permissions, when a specific group like hiring managers do not have access to table settings such as screening activities, assessment score, engagement score, standard filters then these should be hidden from the APB. We are not using these features and would rather the hiring manager not see they are options in the system. By hiding it declutters the page with unnecessary information.

What business value are you trying to achieve?

Unclutter the Applicant Progress Board by hiding features the users don't have access to through permissions. The screening activities, assessment score, engagement score, and standard filters are currently showing up in gray as available.

Thank you for taking the time to share your idea.

After careful consideration, we’ve reviewed your idea and, at this time, it is not aligned with our current product priorities.

Users of APB have the flexibility to hide or unhide columns based on their needs. For example, users can choose to hide columns like flags and screening activities if they’re not relevant to them. Additionally, scores such as assessment and engagement scores will only display when there are values. While we understand that universal settings could be useful for certain user groups, we believe that the current level of control for end users is sufficient, and the absence of universal settings does not impact customers' processes or workflows.

Please know that your idea is not dismissed; it remains a part of our ideas database and may be reconsidered as our priorities evolve in the future.

We encourage you to continue sharing your thoughts and ideas with us. Your feedback is crucial as we strive to improve and grow.

Additionally, the hiring manager permissions group does not allow them to see applicant flags and application flags. The column for flags is not showing on the APB. However, in the table settings "Flags" shows up as an option where they can check or uncheck. Even though this does nothing since the hiring managers are not able to see the flags. This should be grayed out or preferably hidden from table settings through permissions. Example: Screening Activities is in gray because the permissions were not granted. This should be the same for Flags.
