Candidate/Applicant profile anonymisation

The ability to control candidate/applicant profile anonymisation settings via permission groups for specific roles vs the current ability for users to toggle this on or off as needed.


More options for data masking and redaction in recruitment. There is alot available for recruitment marketing and it would be great to see more settings/features in recruitment management / ATS.

What business value are you trying to achieve?

The ability to control candidate/applicant profile anonymisation settings via permission groups for specific roles. With the ongoing need for Data Masking, Privacy and the protection of personally identifiable information in the ISO ISMS standards, the ability to be able to turn these settings on and control the usage of them vs individuals being able to toggle if/when necessary would be beneficial.
