Permissions for Job status are the same regardless of view type

Currently you can hide certain job statuses in card view but not list view. Shouldn't the permissions be the same regardless of how you are viewing the statuses? If you want to hide status

What business value are you trying to achieve?

Trying to restrict access to Incomplete / Ineligible applications without hiding all other statuses. Can't hide in list view without restricting all statuses. Unless it is in Card view
