Allow Internal forms to be visible across multiple applications (eg Phone Screen).Unfortunately there is no way to attach a completed internal form from one application to another on the applicants profile. You can print the completed form as a PDF and then add it as a document to the candidates application but it cannot be added as a form.

What is the business process you are trying to achieve?
The ability to transfer a phone screen from one application to another so it is visible for the new hiring manager shortlisting for the new job application the applicant has applied for. |
Apply function should include any additional/internal forms used on original application - or at least the option to include.
