Create a new system communication to notify applicants whenever one of their reference checks has been submitted. This communication could be toggled on or off. It would also be great if there was an option to send the email to the referee, as confirmation that they successfully submitted the form.

What is the business process you are trying to achieve?
For many of our jobs, an application is not considered complete until all reference checks have been completed. We want to ensure applicants are informed of the status of their application/reference checks and enable them to follow up with their referees if desired. We hope that sending automatic updates would also reduce the amount of time administrators spend fielding inquiries about reference check status. |
This would be helpful. We don't require references, but we have applicants contact us constantly to see if their references submitted a letter for them. This would let them know when the reference submitted without them having to make an additional call to us (and save us a headache).
