Option to prevent offer card from being completed until the job has been approved.

We would like to prevent Managers having the ability to submit an Offer Card for approval before the Job Card has been approved.

Hiring Proposal/Offer Card - Disable editing once in approval process

Provide control similar to Position Description and Job Card, whereby the form is locked down for any edits when approval is underway and of course after it's complete.

Applicant Flags

We would like to see applicant flags added to the permissions groups. There are specific applicant flags we would like the hiring manager to view and Recruiters can see all flags assigned to applicants.

Add Scheduled emails and Scheduled SMS

Be able to set an automatic sms or email to a candidate if they have been sitting on a status and they need them to action something - sample statuses- "offer made" , "Phone screen left message".

Restrict Access by Job, not by Team

Hide a single job from a recruiter not the entire team. The recruiter may still need to be the recruiter for the job on the particular team. Since we integrated with our PeopleSoft solution, it doesn't make sense in PeopleSoft to create a "dummy" ...
