Show on the job and offer cards what time and date the approval was requested. Ad a column on the manage jobs page to show who the current approval is with. if an approval process is in action.

What business value are you trying to achieve?
On the job card it would be great to see what time and date the approval was requested rather than relying on the job revision history. On the manage Jobs page it would also be good to be able to see at a glance who the current approval is sitting with whether that be for an offer or a job approval itself this would save so much time for our admin teams. |
Date submitted for approval is present in the Offer card
It would be very useful on the Job card to reduce approver complaints on how long it has taken to reach them - currently they only see date Opened
I would love to see a time stamp on approvals not just a date stamp. We have strict turn around times as a team and having a timestamp will really help with achieving KPIs. Agreed I often have to go into a job to see where the delay is when sat with different approvers.
