Ability to delete jobs

Sometimes a job card is created by error or in testing features and these cannot be delete by a super user. Previous our CSM could assist, this is now also not available to them to have jobs permanently deleted you need high technical support and these is a cost involved.

Give super users the ability to permanently delete / remove jobs from the system.

What business value are you trying to achieve?

there are also some features/functionality that is actually not available in UAT that relates to job cards and testing which means unfortunately we cannot always use UAT to test how the system will perform in those instances.

hI Liz - remember that anything you do in UAT will be blown away when you do a refresh from LIVE

PageUp is rolling out features that we are unable to test in UAT such as Recruitment Briefs, Interview Guides and Job descriptions. They all use flexible forms. We were instructed to create a TEST recruitment process and create test scenarios against the test process. However, we had to use existing positions within the test process on the condition our CSM could delete the records. Our hope is that PageUp considers allowing superusers the ability to delete records and not just archive the information. There is no reason to keep unnecessary data.
