A few times now, when we have new hires completing documents within Pageup, they type in their Social Security Number incorrectly. User error. This causes many issues downstream in the hiring process once this information integrates with PeopleSoft and various other places from there.
We would like to have two fields dedicated to the SSN that have built in data validation that both fields have to match. This will reduce this kind of error.
This idea came up in our initial campus implementations in 2018/2019 and we were told the functionality wasn't available in PageUp. Now that we have more campuses live, we are seeing the same request come up more frequently. This will only become more of a problem as more campuses begin to utilize the solution and more employment groups adopt this process.
